All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.

DISPLAYING YOUR WALL TAPESTRY
Your tapestry wall hanging includes custom natural brass wall mounts, our preferred method for a refined, seamless installation. Simply secure the mounts to your wall and hang your tapestry for an elegant, gallery-style presentation. For added flexibility, each piece also features a 19mm rod pocket along the top edge, allowing you to use a natural brass rod or wooden dowel if preferred. For optimal display, choose a location away from direct sunlight to preserve the vibrancy of the pigment inks over time. The weight of the fabric will naturally create gentle draping, no additional weighting is required at the bottom edge.

CARING FOR YOUR TAPESTRY
To preserve your piece, hand wash gently in cold water and drip dry. Treat the tapestry fabric delicately, never rub or wring. Each tapestry is crafted from natural, organic fibres with subtle slubs and texture variations that speak to its artisanal quality. Over time and with wear, these organic fibres may gently lift the print in small areas, a natural characteristic of working with living materials. Mindful care will ensure your tapestry remains beautiful for years to come.

REMOVING CREASES
For heavy linen tapestries, steaming is the gentlest method to release creases. Hold the steamer a few inches from the fabric and work in gentle, downward motions. Alternatively, you may iron on a low to medium heat setting while the tapestry fabric is still slightly damp. Always iron on the reverse side to protect the print, and avoid pressing too firmly.
