Our Commitment to Safe Delivery
Every piece from La Fae is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. We use premium carriers and tracked services to protect your investment from dispatch to delivery.
Shipping Methods
Australian Orders All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and signature on delivery. This ensures your piece is safely received and provides full accountability throughout transit.
United States Orders US orders are shipped via United States Postal Service with tracking and signature on delivery. All customs duties and import taxes are covered by La Fae—the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
International Orders (Other Countries) Please contact us at hello@lafae.com.au for shipping options and quotes to other international destinations. All customs duties and import taxes are covered by La Fae.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Requirements
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are not available to sign for your delivery:
- Australia Post will leave a collection card with instructions to collect from your local post office or arrange redelivery
- USPS will make additional delivery attempts or hold your package at your local post office for collection
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and includes any necessary delivery instructions. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Within Australia
- Metro areas: 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Regional areas: 5-10 business days after dispatch
United States
- 7-14 business days after dispatch
International (Other Countries)
- Timeframes vary by destination and will be confirmed when you contact us for a quote
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs processing, public holidays, or unforeseen postal delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. For Australia Post tracking, visit auspost.com.au. For USPS tracking, visit usps.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been signed for and marked as delivered by the carrier, La Fae cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend:
- Tracking your delivery and being available to sign
- Providing a secure delivery address
- Collecting packages promptly if held at a post office
If a package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We're happy to assist by providing any additional information to support your claim.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. For large or fragile items, additional shipping charges may apply.
